Our Facility
The facility is located on 406,000 m2 of land, of which the office area and the production plant is about 5,500 m2, and about 4,000 m2 of insulated warehouse area.
Factory Function, Planning & Design
There are six planned production lines, consisting of 2 can (rigid packaging) lines, 2 vertical bag lines and 2 sets of double sachet lines, with four pneumatic dry mixers and positive pressure transmission systems.
The factory's planned annual output capacity is 30,000 tons
The equipment in place for the first stage includes 1 can line with 7 seaming machines, 2 sets of vertical bag lines, 1 set of double sachet line (not including automatic cartoning machine) and 2 sets of pneumatic dry mixing and positive pressure conveying systems.

Advantages of the Geographical
Location
The factory is located in the southeast region of South Australia, which is South Australia' s highest dairy production area. Each cow can produce up to 8,000 litres of milk per year. The milk is rich in nutrients with cream contents of up to 4.0% and protein contents of up to 3.6%. This is 20-30% higher than other regions of Australia.
The region's high yield advantages are as follows:
1. The opportunity for more farm land to be converted to dairy use, potentially increasing the area's milk production from 350 million litres to 1 billion litres.
2.A good climate with the annual average temperature of 16°C-25°C, and average annual rainfall of 700 mm, which from late April to October is between 50-100mm per month.
3. Good irrigation conditions, rich in groundwater resources. 80% of dairy farms with irrigation systems.
4. High quality feed and forage for dairy production, including ryegrass, alfalfa, wheat, pea and other hay feed.
The Source of Milk
The suppliers of the packaged milk powder required for first stage's packaging plant are located in the Warrnambool area of Victoria, 180 kilometres from the factory. Warrnambool is one of the leading milk supply areas, with large companies such as Warrnambool Cheese and Butter, Fonterra and Burra Foods all operating from this part of the Green Triangle.
After the completion of a spray dryer facility the liquid milk will be sourced mainly from over 110 pastures in the surrounding area.

The Advantages of Factory Layout, Size & Production Line
1. The facility design and layout not only meets the Australian dairy industry standards, but is also designed in accordance with high standards set by the Chinese infant milk powder industry. The factory has first and second change rooms, an air shower, laboratories and other professional dairy infrastructure facilities.
2. The factory's GMP clean zone is around 1,000 square meters. With this area and the quasi clean room, raw materials storage, finished products storage, insulated warehouses etc, the factory is the largest milk powder packaging facility in Australia.
3. The Capacity of Production Line
The packaging production lines have the most advanced auto packing machines in Australia.
As such, it can produce:
• Cans (400 - 1000g) with either high or flat caps;
• Bags (400-1000g); and
• Sachets (25 - 40g).
From the raw materials entering the production zone to the stacking of the finished pallets, this greatly reduces the number of personnel required, which further reduces the risk of potential contamination and operational mishaps.

Quality Management System
Our products are 100% derived from Australia. The sourcing of all milk and nutritional ingredients is under strict control and is fully traceable. Dry processing and modern production equipment can ensure the safety, quality, hygiene, and nutrition of all milk powder products processed by us
Our Dairy Group has a sound quality management system:

-
Halal certification issued by Halal Australia
-
Australia Made issued by Australia Made Campaign Limited

The entire high care zone design is in accordance with the requirements of CNCA's food & drug GMP purification.
It guarantees the environmental health and product quality. The use of intelligent automation equipment, the fully enclosed pneumatic dry mixers, and transport system designed to maintain hygiene during the packaging process by manual operators, also improves the packaging accuracy and efficiency.
The specially designed loading dock ensures logistic efficiency as well as allowing work to continue uninterrupted by varying weather conditions.

The world's first health food
Yoghurt has been eaten for centuries, with ancient cultures using it as a way to preserve milk.
Types of yoghurts
Natural yoghurt
Natural yoghurt has no added flavours or sweeteners, and a clean, slightly acidic, tart flavour.
Flavoured yoghurt
Fruit, vanilla and honey are among popular choices. Most have added sugar or artificial sweeteners to enhance the flavours.
Greek and Greek-style yoghurt
Traditional Greek yoghurt is made through a straining process where natural yoghurt is strained of its whey, leaving a thick product, somewhere between the texture of yoghurt and labne (yoghurt cheese). Traditional strained Greek yoghurt is naturally higher in protein than other yoghurts. Greek-style yoghurt is not strained, but thickened through the addition of milk solids (like cream) and stabilisers, which produce a rich, creamy and silky texture.
Set yoghurts
Set yoghurts are fermented in tubs. They are fairly thick and have a flat surface with any fruit or flavourings at the base. Stirred yoghurt is fermented in bulk with the fruit or flavouring stirred in and then placed in individual containers.
Stirred yoghurts
Stirred yoghurt is made when fermentation is carried out in bulk and not in individual containers. Once the fermentation reaches the desired level, the yoghurt is pumped through a cooler to stop fermentation. Fruit or flavouring is then stirred in.
Drinking yoghurt
Drinking yoghurt is produced in a similar way to stirred yoghurt. The body is then diluted and mixed with a blend of flavours, fruit or berry juices.
Frozen yoghurt
Frozen yoghurt is made when a blend of sugars, stabilisers, emulsifiers and flavours are added to natural stirred yoghurt.
Labna
Labna is yoghurt that has been drained of whey to form a fresh yoghurt ‘cheese’.

Learn more about the different types of milk we market
Milk is rich in calcium, and contains more than 10 essential nutrients that promote general health.
Recent scientific investigation has revealed milk also contains other beneficial components including whey protein, sphingomyelin and conjugated linoleic acid.
According to the Australian Dietary Guidelines, these nutrients and beneficial components help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and colorectal cancer. These are some of the main causes of death in Australia.
Milk consumption is also associated with maintaining a healthy weight, and can play an important role in preparation and recovery from sport and exercise.

Types of milk
Fresh milk
Fresh milk comes in several forms including full-fat (about 3.8% milk fat on average), low-fat (less than 1.5% milk fat), skim (no more than 0.15% milk fat), modified (fortified with extra protein, vitamins or other nutrients), flavoured milk and buttermilk.
Concentrated milk
Concentrated milk is made by removing moisture from milk. Condensed milk is one form of concentrated milk, made by increasing milk solids to 28%, canning and then sterilising it. Sweetener is sometimes added.
Milk powders are another form of concentrated milk. These are made through a similar process with a milk concentrate made up of about 40% milk solids, which is then dried to reduce moisture to just 3%.
Long-life milk
This milk is superheated so that all microorganisms and heat-resistant enzymes are deactivated. For example, regular fresh milk is heated to 74°C for 15 seconds, while long-life milk (otherwise known as Ultra-Heat Treatment or UHT) is heated to 140°C for two seconds.
Raw milk refers to any type of milk that hasn't been treated through a process like pasteurisation (heated to kill bacteria).
A1/A2 milk
A1 and A2 refer to a specific protein found in milk called beta casein. Different breeds of cows produce milk with more or less of either A1 or A2 protein.

I'm

Purpose of the Brand
We aim to connect to build the future of food
“It’s thrilling to see how technology can play an important role in connecting consumers to the farmers who raise their animals.
It’s one of the ways we’re increasing transparency in today’s digitally enabled world.”
Knowing more about food & beverages
We are offering a new way to learn about your food and where it was produced, thanks to our technology. In select markets, we can now offer traceability on dairy products, from livestock, milk, cheeses, yogurts and more (back to the farmer who raised it). This will allow the farmer to share photos of the family-owned farm and read a message from the farmer who raised their animal.
This farm-to-table connection is building consumers’ confidence about where their food or beverage comes from, while giving farmers and manufacturers an opportunity to share their story.
"UNBLACKIT" PRODUCTS
A code on each packaged products links the consumer to information on the farmer who raised that particular animal to the manufacturer who produced the product to the consumer.

THE BRAND
Taking into account the great variety of dairy products and its abundance on the retail shelves nowadays, eye-catching design and unique selling proposition of a product are an absolute necessity to stand out in the competition.
Now, imagine seeing a fully BLACK bottle on the all-WHITE milk, or any other Dairy Product in the Shelf or refrigeratori n the store.
Introducing: “Unblackit”.
“Unblackit” is a milk product or other Dairy Product marketed through the AustAgri Dairy Brand is presented in a transparent glass bottle wrapped in a black paper. Black-packaged bottle standing on a shelf next to the other dairy products sparks intrigue and pushes the customer to find out the mystery of a black bottle on the commonly all-white milk shelf.
The intrigue continues when you take the product home and start unwrapping the bottle. The stylised black spots appearing along the glass are intended to depict the same spots on a milking cow.
The technology of it is perforated paper with sticky spots. The process of unwrapping or “unblackiting” is the last step of the packaging design that also becomes the naming idea of the product.
The typography of the logo has also been developed to fit the same cow pattern style. Glass bottle was chosen as the best suitable option for containing milk.
This is due to its superior ability to keep the product fresh, on top of its aesthetic appeal of transparency and crystal cleanliness.
As a result, we have created an interactive product with a unique customer experience. A design solution with a strong merchandising feature and game factor, as well as its unique form of presentation, gives the product the competitive advantage, used for successful introduction to the market.
and other unique feature is the barcode food traceability platform which aims to promote:
